I found out this cool item to prepare Borracho Chicken at HEB
The are more than ready to celebrate!
Recipe for Borracho Chicken
Drunk chicken (borracho style)
Ingredients: (for 4 people)
-1 chicken in medium pieces
-2 great onions
-1 tin of beer olive oil salt pepper
Steps
Step 1: Salpimentar well the chicken.
Step 2: In a casserole median, to cover abundantly the bottom with oil and to warm up.
Step 3: To slice in great gores the onion, four or six each.
Step 4: To gild to a pair of minutes the onion.
Step 5: To raise the fire and to slightly put the chicken in the casserole gilding 3 or 4 minutes more.
Step 6: To lower the fire and to spill the beer in the casserole.
Step 7: To cook until the alcohol has reduced completely and the chicken finishes gilding itself well, half an hour.
Guacamole Queen Style
-2 big and mature avocados -1 medium white onion
-11/2 cubes of chicken boullion.
- cilantro
- 1 Chile Serrano
-5 limes
-3/4 whole milk cup
-1 medium salad tomatoe
-3 medium garlic or 1 tbs powder garlic
-1 tbs of salt
Preparation:
1. mix lime juice, chicken bouillion and milk.

2.cut in small cubes the onion, tomato, garlic and cilantro
3. mix it with the avocados.Enjoy!
