Fall 2017

Hello! Wish y'all had fun on Summer vacations.  I'm looking forward for Fall pumpkin latte, decorations, and getting a better weather because it has been over 100 degrees lately.  I have been very busy with my new job, school, and quick trips nearby, but I'm more than ready to bring new ideas, and post them all! I will be linking my new posts to my pinterest account as well, so please add me too!

I love Tim Holtz brand so very much, so everytime that I go to Michaels I try to get at least one product to add to it to my storage for future projects.  I recommend you to have a bit of everything in stock so you can add a bit of everything to make a great effect at the end.  I started with a plain silver clock and I ended up with a bronze/blue up-cycled decoration.  It took me about 3 hours altogether, but I had to wait until the 3 layers of brown dried, then used Sanding block to give that rust effect, but do it very smooth because you can end up going all the way to the silver color and lost the effect, and re do it again.  I still need to add the vintage black and white pictures, but I decided to show it before I get the prints so you can start working on it right away!

 Brainstorming...too many beautiful ephemeras
 I just can't have enough!

I planned to add a lot, but then at the end I realized that some of they didn't matched or fitted as I expected.

I love blue! It's my favorite color as you can see!
 Just a dash of glitter!
I try to get a lot of different shades of glitter

I'm not messy, I'm just working on my new project!

I added a bit of blue and bronze to give that old rustic effect
I used scrapbook paper to make a cool dial effect in the back
I used dimensional modpodge in the flowers and bird, and added a bit of glitter right after I applied the modpodge, use just a dash of glitter because if you use a lot it will lose the cool effect.
I used my old typewriter to make this vintage tag using words and added them all together in a yute string.
 Love it!

I painted inside the dial in bronze so it will match altogether

I added tiny pearls inside the vial and paper cutted tiny hearts in different colors

I added adhesive rhinestones to the dial using matte and glitter ones

Then I added this paper flowers and this tiny sign from another scrapbook paper.

I tried to take a lot of pictures

Voila! I added this tiny crochet coaster that I also got at Michaels. I really loved it!
