We never know what we have until its gone...so live, love and care what you already have. We may spend minutes, days, years believing our life is good, and our effort and hard work is strong and nothing will ever be able to destroy your castle. Sometimes thing are not coming as planned and you have to be strong to protect what you love the most, be strong, and stand up again when you are down. Then one day when you least expect it, love will come into your life, hold your hand, help you heal and fly far far away, and start a new life with love, care and understanding. A new beginning starts from your heart when you decide its about time.

Sir Paul McCartney @ Dodgers Stadium

I went to see one of my favorite singers, a great man Sir Paul McCartney at the Dodger Stadium. It was amazing! It was the first time for me to visit this venue and I must say its easier to get in the concert starting from the parking lot than the Hollywood Bowl, the only inconvenience was trying to get off at night, it was packed!

I went to Party City to start trying for Halloween costumes already, not sure what will be my costume but for sure I'll have fun passing out the candies to all the trick or treaters this year.

Love this 24/7 diner in Panorama City, its a must do thing when you visit Los Angeles. Food, service and price are awesome!

I cooked Machacado con Huevo Monterrey Style.

Recipe:

-2 eggs

-beef jerky

-1 sliced chile serrano

-1 sliced garlic clove

-1/4 small onion cubed

-1 large tomato cubed (no seeds)

-2 spoons vegetable oil

-1 spoon unsalted butter

-powder cumin and salt

Heat up small pan with the vegetable oil, add the vegetables until brown, add beef jerky and cook for like 2 minutes, then add egg and scramble all together. Sprinkle cumin, salt and add the spoon of butter at the end. Stir for like 2 minutes. Turn off the heat. Cover. Let it sit for 2 minutes. Enjoy with some good salsa, refried beans, and corn tortillas.

Hello! Hope you are enjoying a warm spice latte now that Fall season just started. This is my favorite seasons and I’m enjoying every second of it. This month started all well and praying for the good things to keep coming to me, family and friends. My BFF from Texas came to visit LA so it was a great time to go places and take some cool pics.

@ Disneyland: This was my first time visiting Star Wars area, and it was amazing! We went to the park on Wednesday so I was able to take cool pics when it was not so crowded.
